Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SSC Aspirants handles personal information in connection with sscaspirants.com, coaching enquiries, and communications with us.

Information you provide

When you contact us, submit a form, comment, or enquire about coaching, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, examination interests, messages, and attachments. Where you enrol in a service, we may receive information needed to manage that enrolment.

Provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send passwords, OTPs, or unnecessary identity documents.

Technical information and cookies

Our hosting, WordPress installation, and enabled website services may process IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, and access times to deliver the website, diagnose issues, and maintain security.

Cookies may be used for website features, login sessions, and preferences. If comments are enabled, submitting a comment may also involve processing the information you enter and technical information used to prevent spam. Optional analytics, advertising, and embedded services may process additional information when enabled.

You can manage cookies in your browser and through any consent controls available on this website. Blocking some cookies may affect website features.

WordPress accounts and comments

If you leave a comment, the details you enter and your IP address and browser user-agent information may be processed for moderation and spam detection. Approved comments are visible publicly. If Gravatar is used, an anonymised hash of your email address may be sent to that service to display a profile image; see Automattic’s Privacy Policy.

If you choose to save comment details, a convenience cookie may retain them for one year. WordPress also uses login and preference cookies for signed-in users. Login cookies generally last two days, or two weeks when Remember Me is selected; screen preference cookies generally last one year. Logging out removes login cookies.

Where accounts are available, profile information is stored and can be viewed by administrators. Comments and their metadata may be retained to support moderation. If a password reset is requested, the reset email may include the requester’s IP address.

How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and provide requested assistance.
  • To share coaching information and manage services you request.
  • To investigate reported errors and improve website content.
  • To maintain security and prevent spam or misuse.
  • To meet applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.

Where consent is required for optional promotional messages, we will request it. You may ask us to stop sending promotional messages.

Google AdSense and advertising

We may display advertisements through Google AdSense when advertising is enabled. Google and other third-party advertising providers may place and read cookies on your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, and similar technologies to serve and measure advertisements.

Google advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this website and other websites. Depending on your location, consent choices, and advertising settings, ads may be personalised or non-personalised.

You can manage personalised advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center. You can also visit aboutads.info for information about choices offered by participating advertising providers.

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites or apps using its services. Where required, consent must be obtained before using advertising cookies or processing information for personalised advertising.

Service providers and external platforms

Service providers supporting our hosting, email, website features, and services may process information needed for their work. Relevant information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

WhatsApp communications are subject to WhatsApp privacy practices. Official recruitment portals, embedded content, and other external websites operate under their own privacy policies. They may collect information when you interact with them.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry, provide requested services, and meet applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised, subject to permitted retention requirements.

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your privacy requests

Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a privacy concern. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where legally required or otherwise permitted.

Children and younger students

If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before sharing personal information or enrolling in coaching. Where parental consent is legally required, it must be obtained before the relevant processing. Parents or guardians may contact us to request a review of information submitted by a child.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or information-handling practices change. The latest version and update date will appear here. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
